I'm not your typical therapist, nor am I anywhere close to being a mysterious guru. I am a yoga and mindfulness therapist who likes to break down the walls of intimidating clinical spaces. Healing should feel like a breath of fresh air. Together we are going to open up what mindfulness means for you. Get ready to form a deep self-awareness. Meditation isn't a quiet mind. It’s a steady, internal anchor that gives you the reality-shifting ability to hit pause, release tension, and choose exactly how you want to respond to a frantic world instead of letting it overwhelm you.

I am a mediocre potter, 10a climber, bike to work, dog loving, vegan eating, swim in a lake, ex-van lifer, power yoga enthusiast, my sister is my best friend believer, mystery book clubber, and a warm friend.

I am currently based out of Sun Valley Idaho. I offer both in-person and online video sessions.
